You can also return the form to your local HSBC branch.
When using the Business Telephone Banking service, you will be asked to enter your bank account details (sort code and account number), date of birth, followed by numbers from the Telephone Security Number provided to you or chosen by you.
If a Primary User or Additional User (who is a signatory on the bank mandate) is unable to use the service as they have forgotten their Telephone Security Number and they cannot be successfully identified they can either visit their local HSBC branch for assistance or complete a Business Telephone Banking registration form.
A Primary User/ Additional User (signatory on the current bank mandate) may call at a local HSBC branch. The Primary/ Additional User will be requested to complete a Business Telephone Banking User Reset Security form. On the branch successfully identifying the Primary/ Additional User, the branch will request that a new security number is sent to the BTB User in the post. Alternatively you can complete an application form.
Sole traders can register for BTB over the telephone by calling 08457 40 41 42 (Textphone 1800 108457 12 55 63).
Alternatively you can register at your local HSBC Branch, or print off the Business Telephone Banking Registration Form (PDF) (which includes the Business Telephone Banking Terms and Conditions), complete, sign and return it to the freepost address above.
To register for BTB and to register a Primary User, print off the Business Telephone Banking Registration Form (PDF) , complete and sign the form in accordance with the signing arrangements set out in the form.
To register an Additional User, print off the Business Telephone Banking Additional User Registration Form (PDF), complete and have it signed by the Primary User or in accordance with the signing arrangements set out in the form.
To register for BTB and to register a Primary User, print off the Business Telephone Banking Registration Form (PDF), complete and sign the form in accordance with the signing arrangements set out in the form (the same form is to be used when replacing a Primary User).
To register an Additional User, print off the Business Telephone Banking Additional User Registration Form (PDF), complete and have it signed by the Primary User or in accordance with the signing arrangements set out in the form.

To register an Additional User, print off the Business Telephone Banking Additional User Registration Form (PDF), complete and have it signed by the Primary User or by all trustees.
To register for BTB and to register a Primary User, print off the Business Telephone Banking Registration Form (PDF), and sign the form in accordance with the signing arrangements set out in the form. The form should be returned to a local HSBC branch together with a copy of the Trust Deed (the same form is to be used when replacing a Primary User).
To register an Additional User, print off the Business Telephone Banking Additional User Registration Form (PDF), complete and have it signed by the Primary User or in accordance with the signing arrangements set out in the form.
To register for BTB and to register a Primary User, print off the Business Telephone Banking Registration Form (PDF), sign it in accordance with the signing arrangements set out in the form. The form should be returned to a local HSBC branch together with a copy of the club/societies/associations rules so we can check that the rules do not preclude the authorisation of a single person to give instructions in writing or by telephone (the same form is to be used when replacing a Primary User).
To register an Additional User, print off the Business Telephone Banking Additional User Registration Form (PDF), complete and have it signed by the Primary User or in accordance with the signing arrangements set out in the form.
