Form 1 – HSBC Password Reset
This form is no longer used for the new Business Internet Banking service.
Note – this password can be reset on-line provided you know the answers to your security questions. Select the 'Forgot my Password' option on the logon page.
Form 2 – Activation Code Request
The Primary User should use this form if they have mislaid, already used or suspended the Activation Code following 3 unsuccessful attempts to activate Business Internet Banking. The Activation code is sent to the Primary User by e-mail (or by post if the e-mail fails).
Form 3 – Replace Primary User
Used by a business to change the Primary User for Business Internet Banking.
Form 4 – Secondary User
This form is no longer used for the Business Internet Banking service.
Form 5 – Limit Amendment Request
Used by a business to request or amend a Business Internet Banking payment limit (Bill Payment / BACS Payment / Daily Payment Limit).
Form 6 – Pension Authorised Signatories for Business Internet Banking
Used by the bank as a record of persons authorised to sign on behalf of the business where no bank account is held with HSBC.
